1. General Provisions

3.3 Account Closure

You may voluntarily request to close your account at any time through the support team. Any active bonus balance will be cancelled before the account is closed; however, real cash balance may be withdrawn following the standard process.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement — the contribution rate for specific games may vary.
• A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 Other Promotions

5.3 Bonus Cancellation

dc111 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if it determines that a member is misusing bonuses, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available at dc111 — cricket betting, slots, live casino, fishing games and others — are operated by third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, JILI, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and others). Each game has its own rules and gameplay mechanics.

• If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, the result will be determined according to the logs of dc111 or the game provider.
• If you wish to dispute the result of any game, you must contact support within 24 hours.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at dc111 and will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using coordinated betting or arbitrage strategies to circumvent bonus terms.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Playing games using software bots, scripts or automation tools.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts.
• Exploiting any technical error or bug in the platform for an advantage.
• Depositing funds into an account using a third party's money.

9. Limitation of Liability

dc111 will not be liable for any loss caused by technical issues, server downtime, internet disconnection or failure of third-party services. dc111 accepts no liability for the following:

• Any cyberattack or malware affecting your device.
• Loss resulting from your login credentials falling into the hands of a third party.
• Service interruption due to government policy or restrictions.
• Force majeure situations — natural disasters, pandemics or other unforeseeable circumstances.

dc111's maximum liability will in no case exceed the total amount you deposited in the last 30 days.

• If there are signs that the security of an account has been compromised.
